Directions

To Body Therapy

From Highway 101 - North, take the Downtown exit. Turn right onto Third Street. Proceed to Brookwood and go left. Take a right onto Fourth Street. 1049 is a yellow, art deco building just a few buildings up on the left. Take the alley to the left of the building into the back where there is ample free parking. Body Therapy, Suite H, is located in the back of the building.

From Highway 101 - South, take College Avenue exit. Turn left under the freeway. Continue down College Avenue until it ends at Fourth Street. Turn right onto Fourth Street. 1049 is a yellow, art deco building just a few buildings up on the right. Take the alley to the left of the building into the back where there is ample free parking. Body Therapy, Suite H, is located in the back of the building.

To the Thermography Center

From North Sebastopol, go South on Hwy. 116 to Lynch Road (only goes Right/West), which is across the street and kittycorner from the Holiday Inn. Turn onto Lynch and turn into the first driveway on the right into the parking lot. From the South, Lynch is just past the Holiday Inn on the opposite side of the street. Turn left onto Lynch and turn into the first driveway on the right into the parking lot.

To Healdsburg Integrative Medicine

From Highway 101 - North, take the Central Healdsburg Exit. Proceed North on Healdsburg Avenue (exit puts you there) past the Plaza and Downtown. Go through the light at Grant Street. The office is located on the West side of the street (on the left). Look for the large date palm and sign. Park in the lot in front of 637.

From Highway 101 - South, take Dry Creek Road exit. Turn left under the freeway. Proceed to Healdsburg Avenue and turn right (South). Go through the light at Grant Street. The office is located on the West side of the street (on the right). Look for the large date palm and sign. Park in the lot in front of 637.
